This store will allow you to shop for up to 8 FREE product samples each time you visit the store!
Of course, we are bigger and better now!
More than 120 types of samples waiting for you to bring them home for testing 🙂
Plus by signing to our $28 yearly membership to the concept store, you will get a goodie bag worth min S$50. Each goodie bag will be made up of random retail size products!

What is the membership for?
For a 1 year membership to access to the sampling concept store. You can come everyday as long as you have enough points , “its like a free shopping experience” Of course, you can also redeem products that are only exclusively available in the concept store due to the bulkiness and nature of product. Example: Clinical serum, retail size facial mask and wash
Is it for online use or for us to go down to the store and use.
It’s a store for you to come to shop for samples for FREE and bring them home for sampling.
Fr3b sampling concept store is a place we can go down to purchase things or a place which sells samples?
We do not sell. ALL samples in the store is FREE once you become a Fr3b concept store member, a yearly fee of $28
How many product samples can I check out in the concept store?
You can check out up to 8 products each time you visit the samples
Does this membership have benefits for online users as well?
Yes of course, you can save of the delivery fee as the handling fee is highly reduced!
Will Fr3b be able to post the goodie bag to me by singpost?
Nope, as the goodie bag will be pretty bulky and heavy thus on site collection is recommended

Hi, i’m really interested in the goodie bag, but i’m not free to go down. Anybody going there and mind helping me? I’ll transfers the money to you first, and possible would like to meet up at causeway mrt for collection.
erm, I see that there’s retail size stuff available in the concept store, so do we get them free too ?
Also, this would be still the same as the normal member account right ?
Like we check out 8 items, we have to write reviews to gain back the points right ?
Lastly, if we were to go down to concept store to get the samples, would the database be updated with regards to what we have took ?

1. Yes retail size products are available in the store for you to grab for free after being our concept store member
2.Fr3b.com online member may not be able to access to some of the product samples due to the nature of the product like retail size cleansers, facial wash, Brands essence etc 🙂

4. yes, the samples you took in the store, will be updated in your account 🙂

Retail size is given away for sampling as the company do not have them in sample sizes and these companies are generous too 🙂

2) for the stuffs in the Concept Store(at Stamford Hse), it won’t be available online but only in that store?
3) will online fr3b webby show wat’s available in the concept store? as in everythg there’s available cos its quite impossible for us to keep going there to see wats new.

Only Fr3b concept store member can enter to the those as its an exclusive members only store.
11 to 7am daily except for our 1st 2 days opening 🙂

Hi, just to confirm, can we take a look at the store then decide if we want to register and make payment on-site.. and if we are able to collect the goodie bag straight away and also continue our shopping at the store immediately? Or do we have to wait for our membership to take effect?
